Device used to make facial muscles contract. Does this improve tightening of skin?

Device for wrinkles

Many facial lines are caused by muscle contraction.  That is why Botox works so well.  Using a device to stimulate the facial muscles will not help wrinkle or tighten the skin.  It may even make them worse.
