hi i wanted to know regardless of having an ideal weight and not being fat, but does exercising or having muscle have anythhing to do with antiageing of the body?. or is sagging skin etc etc just something that happens with age regardless of how muscular we are or how slim we are?. dont get me wrong. im not lazy. however i dont want to be exercising just so i can look like when im older. i watch my weight with my diet instead and just make sure i dont gain weight. thanks for your answers
