As with all chemical peels we recommend that the patient remain calm, cool, and rested for 24 to 48 hours. Anything aerobic increases the bodies need for oxygen as well as sweating to cool the bodies temperature. The acids that were applied to the skin already have skin cells on high alert, you don't want to further exacerbate an inflammatory response that could affect the outcome of your peel. Check with your practioner to see when you can resume light exercise or walking. WEAR A HAT AND USE A SUNBLOCK!
