Fillers "Melting" out with Exercise?

I exercise 1 hr a day/6 days a week. I use the dry sauna 30 a day. Fillers don't stay in my face more than a month. Help! Are the injectables melting out? What is an alternative? I've used Juvederm in the past -- is there a longer-lasting filler I should use?
