Exercise after Breast Augmentation Surgery

I instruct patients that they can begin started or resuming exercise after 3-4 weeks after breast augmentation surgery. Patients should wait 6 weeks until performing pectoralis major muscle resistance training such as lifting weights. Exercise should not alter the results over the long term.

Working out 8 weeks after breast augmentation.

Since your PS knows your history and you do not have an appointment for another 2 weeks, you should call and have a nurse or the Dr. call you back.  It is better just to be safe and ask them what they think.  The type of excercises you are doing will also make a difference.  see video

Bottoming out after breast augmentation

Exercising 8 weeks after breast augmentation should not increase your risk of bottoming out, and most patients resume vigorous activity at this time. As shown by your photos in your other question ("8weeks Post Under Muscle Replacement Implant Bottoming Out?"), you already seem to have a "double bubble" and you may wish to discuss possible revision with your surgeon if the appearance of your breasts does not improve on its own over time.

All it means is that to prolong the perky life of your breasts, you need to make it much harder for gravity to pull them down and win by h wearing the... more

Exercise after breast augmentation

Dear just want them nice,   2 months following breast augmentation is a long time and most of the healing is already achieved. Unless a patient has a particular concern it should be fine to resume upper body exercise at this time and it should not increase your chances of bottoming out.   Best of luck

Exercise and bottoming out

I allow patients that have healed without complications to start vigorous exercise by 6-8 weeks.  It should not impact bottoming out.
