Injectables at Spas - What are Your Opinions?

It seems very strange that in Texas estheticians can inject Botox and Juvederm etc...but that more educated healthcare professionals cannot. A dentist or dental hygienist has much more education and are prohibitted. Estheticians have very little medical education in general and are not supervised by doctors in many of these spas and skincare boutiques. Any opinions on the spas (with no doctor on site) being allowed to do so?
