What would be best suited to make my nose longer and more narrow
Answer: Short Noses A nose can be out of proportion with the remainder of the face. If you have a long face, a short nose in the middle can look awkward. There are methods to lengthen the nose and create better facial proportions. Usually this involves relocating the cartilage you already have in your nose to change the shape. Every case is different, and not all noses have the same cartilage inside to work with. Therefore a consultation to assess these issues is vital to planning a successfull rhinoplasty operation.
