It is difficult to understand the exact cause of your concerns. IT could be too much muscle or not enough. It could be implant. Depending on the cause, the proper procedure to correct the problem must be designed.

Dent of cleavage

Hard to say without seeing photos or examining you. Are you referring to rippling of the implants?  It could also be the muscle flexing?

Dent in cleavage line may be a ripple

Unfortunately you don't give enough info but here goes.  There are several possibilities for this "dent" as you put it. This could be a ripple if you have saline or even silicone implants.  Sometimes there is a tear or over release of the muscle.  which could look like a dent from the implant poking through.

For these types of problems I usually correct it with alloderm or strattice to reinforce the underlying tissue.  A picture might help but ask you surgeon to explain to you exactly what this is so you might better understand how to fix it.  Good luck.
