What can I do to enhance my buttocks? I have excess fat on the upper buttocks/lower back/tailbone. The top is larger than the bottom. This excess fat persists no matter how much weight I lose, but it looks really bad at my currently higher weight. I was 40lbs smaller a year ago and I'm slowly getting back to that. Also, should I wait until I've lost more weight to fix the problem? I want to get a proper shape to my buttocks more than I want a smaller body. Thank you.
