I had a facelift to remove permanent filler, nothing else discussed except the removal of excess skin after filler and fibrosis are removed from nlf and cheeks. My face is leaner now except from residual fibrosis but what i really dislike so far is that i have wider and higher cheekbones, temples & sides of the face looking masculine and harsh. When i smile there is some bunching on the side of the eyes and a gap between my cheeks and this added padding above my cheekbones which looks weird.
