I have been diagnosed with blepharochalasis still currently have eye lid swelling. I know wish to know what surgeries can be done to thicken the surrounding skin in addition removal of the spongyness/swelling if possible and give the best possible appearance. All surgical/non surgical teatments appreciated. Before and after photos included. Many thanks

Answer: Blepharochalasis is a rare condition that causes intermittent eyelid swelling.
You may have right orbital fracture with resultant right eyeball sunken and down (enophthalmos). You need to get orbital CT scan. You may be candidate for orbital reconstruction with implant. See link below.
And as the others have said, you can have this removed if needed with the duct protected if necessary. But you still have to accept the risk for scarring for anyone to do this for you and if someone guarantees that you will not get scarring, get it writing and go for it.
I prefer to do this kind of surgery with the patient "awake". After a little sedation, the numbing medicine is used and most patients don't remember a thing. They are able to cooperate with eyelid movement so that the lid level can be more accurately positioned during the...
