My filler is encapsulated. The filler is not a permanent filler, but it works a little bit the same as radiuses or sculptra. What is the best way to get rid of the encapsulation so the product can go out of my body?

Thank you for your question. Usually there's swelling and bruising after injection for about a week, and the tightness is probably due to some swelling. No peeling involved. I hope this helps.
It is highly unlikely to develop keloids post Sculptra injections on the face. I, personally, have never seen or heard such a thing.
