Embarrassing Belly Button Ring Scar/stretch Marks- What Can I Do?

When I was younger, I had my belly button pierced. It ripped out and then the next piercer stupidly pierced over the scar even though I asked him not to. Then, I got pregnant and now I have these REALLY ugly stretch marks above my belly button. It almost looks like a flower, haha. The diameter is not huge, but it is really embarrassing. Can anything be done about this? (I do not need a tummy tuck!) And if so, does anyone have a price estimate? :) Thanks!
