eMax SRA Common Settings- I've Been Left With Bad Skin Texture,

Dear Doctors: I had Emax with the SRA head and my face has been wrinkling ever since with hyperpigmentation and texture changes (orange peel like texture). I had after the procedure that lasted about a week. The settings were Optical 25 and RF 25. I only had one treatment but it was at these settings. Is that a high setting for a first time treatment? Could that be causing my symptoms?
