Is Hyperpigmentation a Side Effect of ELOS?

I am interested in having Elos treatment for slight lifting of the face. However am interested in knowing if there are any side affects? I had two treatments of Fat Cavitation (using Ultrasound) and one Radio Frequency treatment a few months ago that resulted in hyperpigmentation and am a bit hesitant. Its my impression that the hyperpigmentation was a side effect of the Ultrasound but since the treatment also involved Radio Frequency want to know if its a possible side affect of Elos?
