Electrolysis for Blonde Peach Fuzz on Sideburns and Chin?

I'm wondering if Electrolysis will work for my blonde "peach fuzz" on the sides of my face & chin area. From what I read, lasers only will work for dark hair. I'm wondering though, if electrolysis targets each individual hair at a time and mine is basically covering the sides of my face/chin, will electrolysis even work?

I've tried lotion/hair remover for my face and I hate how it makes my skin feel afterwards and the grow back period. Help, what's my best option?
