Would Electrical Stimulation of Facial Muscles Have Any Effect on Sagging Jowls?

I am in my sixties,male,and have sagging jowls. I would like to avoid surgical correction of this problem if possible.What gives me hope is that I can erase the jowls by pulling up the skin under my sideburns.Thanks
