I had a Brazilian butt lift with fat transfer, i understand not sitting for sometime. But three months seems a bit extreme to me.
Answer: It is necessary to not sit for 3 months after Brazilian butt lift? Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Each doctor has their own protocol. It is very important that you talk to him about your concerns and goals. I recommend my patients not to sit for more than 30 mins. every two hours, for the first 2 weeks, and always with the help of a boppy pillow. If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up close with your plastic surgeon. Hope this is helpful. Good luck :)

Answer: Avoid sitting after BBL You should avoid sitting for at least two weeks after a fat transfer procedure to the buttocks. The longer you can go the better. Three months is a bit excessive; a more reasonable amount of time is closer to four weeks.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno

Answer: BBL Recovery Thanks for your question. Recovery from liposuction and BBL is usually 1-2 weeks. Patients may experience bruising and tenderness in the areas where liposuction was performed with very little pain on the actual buttocks. After two weeks, you can resume exercise or usual activities.
