When getting buttock and hip implants, how many inches can it add?

The amount of inches a buttock implant can add circumferentially really depends on your current measurements. They typically add up to 2 inches of projection.  During consultation you can usually try on different sizers and see the results and even measure. Fat grafting is preferred over implants in the hip area if you still have good donor areas.
