Effects of Vaser Liposelection on Male Breasts

I had vaser lipo selection a week and a half ago to reduce my male breasts, presently they are still inflammed which I expected however they are still sore which again I was kind of expecting.

however im really numb and tingly and at night I keep waking myself up as I cant seem to lie or roll onto my side due to discomfort and again the numbness. Is this normal and how long before I start to get some feeling back and the numb pain goes away?
