Effectiveness of Skin Tightening with Erbium Yag Fractionated with Long Pulse? (photo)

I am 50 and have a light olive complexion with moderate sun damage from working outside. I have noticed some loss of elasticity that is most noticeable when my head is down and little folds of skin form on the sides of my chin. Would laser skin tightening help with this, and if so, how many treatments to get results? The facility I am considering uses a Fontona Erbium Yag fractionated with long pulse and about 13mm spot size with overlap. Is that an effective option? Thanks, Janet
