SlimLipo provides skin tightening as well as fat removal-Aqualipo does not

Both SlimLipo and Aqualipo provide excellent fat removal which is less traumatic than traditional cannula aspiration Liposuction. The important additional benefit of SlimLipo is that the laser treatment also heats the deep tissues causing contraction of the skin and skin tightening. Liposuction

There are many kinds of liposuction.  Tumescent liposuction is the most common and the most effective.  In combination with tumescent liposuction there are techniques such as Smartlipo, Slimlipo, etc.  The pretreatment with the fat using a laser or ultrasound or whatever, helps to break apart the fat cells and facilitate the removal of fat through suction.  However, the effectiveness is due to the technique of the surgeon.
