Which is More Effective, Slimlipo or Aqualipo?

There are many kinds of liposuction.  Tumescent liposuction is the most common and the most effective.  In combination with tumescent liposuction there are techniques such as Smartlipo, Slimlipo, etc.  The pretreatment with the fat using a laser or ultrasound or whatever, helps to break apart the fat cells and facilitate the removal of fat through suction.  However, the effectiveness is due to the technique of the surgeon.
