I had two sessions of Thermage (?) in the past but couldnt afford any more at the time. I noticed a very short benefit time, possibly because I did not have the 4 sessions. I heard about Polaris a while ago, which if any is better. I am 48 with the skin on my face starting to sag, my neck is quite wrinkly and look very tired due to my work (I am a nurse).
