Most Effective Laser Treatment for Keloid Scarring on Chest?

I've received 8 treatments of 5FU injections into the keloids. The keloids have responded well, as in they have reduced and not regrown. I also where silicon sheets (from biodermis) that have helped the redness and I think has helped reduce the size a bit.
Also, I'm asian and have a tendency towards keloids (only mentioning this because I read that Profractional can cause keloids). I am wondering what may be my best treatment option for removing the discoloration and size of the keloids.

Pulsed Dye Laser combined with 5-FU treatments work well for keloid scars
Pulsed Dye Laser combined with 5-FU treatments work well for keloid scars. Other lasers such as Nd:Yag may be effective as can nonablative fractional lasers.
