Will my Eczema Ever Go Away?

I've had eczema since I was around six and I'm sixteen now and I still have it. It shows up around the back of my knee in the summer time (I live in Florida) and it only goes away if I smother aloe vera gel on it. I eventually goes away but I'm a bit tired of having to constantly apply aloe vera. I just want to know if it will ever go away and if there are quicker ways to exterminate my eczema. Thanks.
