Most Economical & Positive Long Run for Laugh Lines: Fat Inject. Radiesse, Juvaderm or ?

Person of modest means wants to know what is the most economical but satisfactory treatment in the long run. Fat injections, Radiesse, Juvaderm, or ? Main problem areas laugh lines beside the lips and small lines above the lips - not a smoker but am told it is the way I sleep. Is there any remedy for sagging neck? (commonly called turkey neck)
