I finished Invisalign and got a retainer. The over correctors at the end of treatment made my teeth crooked after they were straight. I guess the over correctors push the teeth further past being straight since they shift back. When I got retainer impressions, I asked my dentist why it makes sense to do it based on the crooked impressions. She said over time they shift back. How can they shift back if every night I am locking them in that position? It has been months and no sign of them moving.

Yes, it is possible to drink smoothies with invisalign on, however, after finishing your smoothy, you should remove and wash the tray and brash your teeth as well. This is done to avoid sugar trapped between the tray and the teeth. This sugar can cause decay and decalcification of your enamel
Usually the cost of Essex is anywhere from 150 to 250 dollars but some charge more or less depending on the area and overhead. Essex retainer do not last for many years. Ask your doctor for a permanent bonded retainer if you are a good candidate for that. This type of retainer lasts much...
I think Invisalign or braces would work but you certainly need many more than 10 aligners to get an adequate result. I would also recommend a fixed bonded retainer when the teeth are aligned.
