There are a lot of treatment options for you in this area including lasers, peels, skin care.  For a robust treatment, fractional co2 would be helpful for wrinkles, tightening and syringomas all in one treatment.  Microneedling and skin care can improve texture and tone with very little downtime.  You should see an expert in skin care and lasers.  Best, Dr. Emer.

when the proper precautions are taken and the results are fantastic. It would tighten the skin, improve the under
eyes, and treat your syringomas.
