my cosmetic stitches have not came out and its been 17 days since my procedure, the doctor did regular stitching on some parts of the ear and cosmetic stitching thats suppose to come out on the other. it still hasnt came out is that dangerous?

Sutures after Otoplasty
If your surgeon placed fast-absorbing sutures, you normally just have to pull on them 7-10 days after surgery and they will come out. If they are permanent, you should see your surgeon to have them removed.

How long before removing ear stitches
Judging from your multiple previous posts, I would highly recommend that you contact your original surgeon even if they are located at a distance or at least contact them by phone. Sutures should generally come out by this time or you may risk the possibilty of train track marks.
