I just had attachments added to my teeth. I was expecting bumps, but not how awful the resin smeared all over my teeth feels. I complained about my teeth feeling rough on the front, the bottom, and even the back of one tooth, and he tried to polish it off, but the rough feeling remains. I'm concerned this may be bad for my teeth. I also worry that the heavy-duty polishing/grinding required to remove this stuff will harm the enamel. Will my teeth ever feel smooth again?

The best place to hold the teeth is in a straight position,
so you might need to discuss it with your dentist. You might need to back to
the trays that placed the teeth into their proper alignment.
Yes, it is possible to drink smoothies with invisalign on, however, after finishing your smoothy, you should remove and wash the tray and brash your teeth as well. This is done to avoid sugar trapped between the tray and the teeth. This sugar can cause decay and decalcification of your enamel
