What is the Difference Between Dual Fraxel Vs. Fraxel Repair? Are They the Same Thing?

Hello I have been reading on the internet about Fraxel. And am wondering, what is the difference between Dual Fraxel and Fraxel Repair, or are they the same? Also, what is the "down time" for each? Thanks!
