Dual Fraxel Second Round For Brown Spots. Looking For a Doctor in Kansas City?

I had a Dual Fraxel treatment two years ago and the results were fabulous. I was a life guard for may years and have numerous brown spots. I can't find a DR in Kansas City with a Dual Fraxel, only the single Fraxel. Can you assist, please? Many thanks!
