Some Dry Rough Areas on Nose Following IPL (2 Weeks Ago)?

I had my first IPL after a test strip 2 weeks ago for background redness from facial Rosacea. I now have a small,area on the side of my nose that is a little blanched, slightly raised (not fluid filled) and rough skin to the touch. I'm not doing anything to the area and wonder if it's just part of the skin healing, it was quite red around that area before.? Thanks
