Am I Less Likely to Have Dry Eyes After Having Prk or Lasik Surgery?

If this is a common side effect of both, which procedure has a faster recovery time?
Both PRK and LASIK surgery can cause dry eyes
Both PRK and LASIK surgery can cause dry eyes. But, symptoms are generally transient and improve over time.
Dry Eye and Laser Surgery
One of the main advantages of PRK over LASIK is the reduced incidence of dry eye following surgery. The reason being that thereis no flap made with PRK, and no cutting of the corneal nerves.
