Droopy Lower Left Lid After Blepharoplasty? (photo)

I had an upper and lower Blepharoplasty 3.5 weeks ago. My left eye waters constantly and it was infected. The infection cleared up after drops. Have I developed ectropion? Recommendations?

Droopy Lower Left Lid After Blepharoplasty?

Even with the restricted view posted photo you demonstrate a post operative swelling ectropion. Usually time corrects as the swelling decreases.

Ectropion

Your photo does show an ectropion on the affected side. Stick close to your surgeon for conservative measures as these can sometimes resolve spontaneously. Other times they may need surgical correction. If you don't have confidence in your MD seek another opinion regarding management.
