Age 37, droopy eyes?

hi doctors, i am 37yrs old. These are my eyes open at the widest without raising my eyebrows. Do i have droopy eyes? Am considering upper bleh and epi to my eyes bigger.

and your particular case better defining the crease but keeping it in the same position would be of benefit.  You could remove the skin between the lashes and the crease line conservatively while better defining the crease and extending it towards the medial canthus.  I don't think he would need a full medial epicanthoplasty.

this can be done under local anesthesia and in general I would recommend an incision method.  Again, do not aggressively seek an epicanthoplasty as this will more likely just cause scarring without really making her eyes look more open.

From you photo it appears as if you are Asian.  Your eyelids have a double fold.  Your eyelids can be changed without changing your ethnic identity.  Find someone with experience.
