How Can I Drastically Lighten my Skin? (photo)

I started using bleaching creams and avoiding sunlight since I was 12. Now I am almost 18 years old and I also take l-gluthathoine + vitamin c pills to lighten my skin. Right now I am the lightest color I can get with these pills. This is pathetic. I want to be the color of the second picture. Is this possible? What should I do? If its not possible for me to have white skin, is it atleast possible for me to be a light caramel color, like the 3rd photo? I dont know what to do.
