Should I Follow Through With Dermaroller Treatment After Failed IPL?

no results after two IPL treatments, so he also suggest me for dermaroller and now from next month i am going to start that which cost me approx 3000rs for first setting 2000 for rest .. is my decision is correct to take dermaroller or not.. should i take treatment or not as i also having black spots and scars on my face?
