Does Dr. Have to Reduce Prescription for Touch Up Lasik Treatment?

every laser, prescription, environment, doctor has a different number that is inputed even for first time surgery to get the 100% result that we want achieved. For cornea that has never had surgery, the number that i input into the laser is between 90-110% of the actual prescription.

Since every cornea reacts differently to the laser treatment, there is no set value for a 2nd LASIK surgery. We re-examine the initial values and the treatment provided during the first surgery and use that experience to calibrate the laser for the touch-up treatment. do you think this surgery will fix double figures, ghost, blurry, etc? I saw 3 or 5 blurry lights all time instead of one light.
