Hi please i need help! I"m interested in Brazilian buttlift, my dr. said he will inject the fat twice, after lipo and then 3 months later again for a better result and he will frez the fat for the 3 months all for a cost of $7900. Now my qustion: is that better way to do it or why would Dr. whant to do it twice.Can a dr.please help.

Fat grafting in two sessions is a reasonable approach to achieve an enhanced result. However, I am less comfortable with the concept of freezing the fat. Unfortunately the percentage of fat survival varies greatly from surgeon to surgeon as well as from patient to patient.
