Well, my case sounds briefly like this: I normally should have double jaw surgery as the doctor said, but because I already have an implant did last year,he says it would be too complicated to have my dental implant removed and also that I would lose too much bone or sth like this; so his advice is to undergo only upper jaw surgery plus chin reduction because my chin protrudes. When I asked him if the results would be the same,he said "yes". But I really do have doubts.I don't want regrets...
