Double Bubble After Breast Lift?

Unfortunately, without examination or of viewing photos is very difficult to know exactly what you're describing and/or what the causes of this problem would be. I would suggest follow-up with your plastic surgeon with specific questions and concerns and/or second opinion if necessary. Best wishes.

Double breast crease after vertical breast lift (mastopex)

This is only a guess because it is difficult to visualize without photos. However, liposuction is one of the steps used in A LeJour vertical mastopexy. This combined with a tight vertical closure can produce the appearance of two folds. I would recommend that you allow 6-9 months for the tissues to relax and settle before considering revision.   see video

Persistent Breast Fold / Double Bubble after Breast Lift

Breast lift (Mastopexy) surgery is rarely associated with a persistent infra-mammary fold. This entity is much more commonly seen with some cases of breast Augmentation. Without a photograph to support and document your complaint, I can only conclude that your are misusing Plastic Surgery terminology and cannot begin to answer your question except to advise patience and allowing time for things to settle down.

Double bubble after breast lift

There can be several reasons for your result.  It boils down to the operative plan..... to determine the solution- some photos would be helpful but an examination in person and a consultation is best. With Kind Regards.

Double bubble after a lift

Tough question to answer without seeing photos.  Some procedures like a vertical lift elevate the old fold. This may be the result of tissue not removed in the lower pole.

Double Bubble After Short Scar Mastopexy (breast lift)

Hi there- As some of my colleagues have pointed out, not all breast lift techniques can safely and effectively be applied to all patients....  This does not necessarily mean you had an operation not suited for you, but simply that it may be one of the causes of your problem. Without examining you, it would be difficult to say for sure. It sounds like you are going to need to have a it of tissue removed from the inframammary fold area (using the scar you were trying to avoid). more

Include a photo of "The Girls"

There can be several reasons.  It is difficult to comment on your specific case without pictures.  Please include pictures and you may get a better explanation to your concern. Thanks Dr. ES

Breast Lift with Double Bubble

The vertical or lollipop lift creates a new inframammary fold.  So it is possible that you have some redundant tissue below the new fold which is contributing to the double bubble.  Not common, but can happen.  You need to wait until about 4 months out and see how the results look.  You may at that point inquire about a revision. Good luck.

Short scar lift and a double bubble deformity

I am not sure exactly what is going on here but I can say that  not all patients are candidates for a vertical scar (lollipop) mastopexy.  You may need an excision with the crease scar you were trying to avoid.  Give it 3-4 months for total healing and see if it persists and ask your doctor for a correction.

Short Scar Mastopexy

without seeing pictures, it is hard for me to fully comment.  However, you are stil only an the most two months after your surgery.  A lift can take at least three months for everything to settle into its new, higher position.  I would give it another month, and if it ahs not resolved itself at that point, I would discuss this with your surgeon.

Double bubble

You do not show photos so it it difficult to comment. However, a vertical scar or short scar lift can create a new fold location. this combined with the persistent of the od fold can  give the double bubble appearance.

Please send pictures

This has nothing to do with the use of the implant. Please send picture . The use of short scar is not indicated in very patient.
