Do I Have a Double Bubble?

I am close to 4 weeks post op. My surgeon insists everything is healing super well and with massages and time it will fill out the bottom part of the breasts. Before the operation he said I did NOT need a lift, only a full profile saline implant to fill the loss of volume of the upper pole.

I burst into tears whenever I see my breasts.. is he lying to me? will this actually correct itself? did i need a lift? i hate how they look! i am so depressed. Is this a DB and is it permanent?
