What's Best : Dot Therapy or Phototherapy BroadBand Light Sciton Technology?

I am trying to decide between Dot therapy which sounds more efficient as far as long term results but longer downtime and Phototherapy BroadBand technology which to me as kind of a "no pain no gain" procedure . I am 40 years old with pretty good skin(still need some skin firmness,have unlarge pores and uneven skin tone) Never had done any laser therapy before .I am all about the end results to be noticeable and efficient in the long run rather then just quick and painless.Thank you .
