Does Mesotherapy Result in Hair Loss Years Down The Line?

Hi I got an eczema before 7 months and now im fine And i went to the doctor and he said that The mesotherapy will help the small hair to be thick And taller But when i read about the mesotherapy I found it contains minoxdile and Will this couse hair fall later for years ?
