Dosage and Treatment Period of Isotretinoin for Extremely Oily Skin?

I can see droplets of sebum on my nose in few mins after face wash and due to oily skin my pores are getting enlarged. Consulted many doctors in India for cure but no one suggested any treatment. I am frustrated, finally I've found the answers from doctors for this problem from this site, that is to use a low dose isotretinoin. Please suggest me the dose that is to be used to control my oil production and how long I must be on isotretinoin to avoid the remission of the disease? Thank you.
