I know if you have a nasal hump you would normally require osteotomies too narrow the nose and correct the gap that would be formed. But if your happy with the width of your nose and wish for it to be wider, not narrower, is there something else that can be done to fill in the rooftop deformity like a graft? Instead of an osteotomy to make it narrower?
