Does TEA-Dodecylbenzenesulfonate Cause Allergic Reactions?

I've been itching since using a new conditioner containing TEA Dodecylbenzenesulfonate. My eyes are always itchy and watery and my nose itches like crazy when my bangs touch it! Is the ingredient the culprit?
