No they sure don't
No- Medicaid will not pay for Invisalign (unless something has drastically changed). Most insurance companies don't pay for Invisalign either. Invisalign is usually a cosmetic procedure according to the insurance companies....and thus elective

Invisalign reimbursement
To the best of my knowledge, Medicaid does not pay for Invisalign treatment. In addition, every dental insurance company is different, so some of them will pay a percentage of the treatment fees if they supply some orthodontic coverage.
