Best Doctors for Asian Rhinoplasty with Rib Grafts for Tip?

Firstly, thanks to the doctors who took the time to respond to my other thread. From those responses, looks like the only methods to produce sharp-pointed tip with supratip break in Asians is via L-shaped-implant or rib, rib being favorable. I'm asking for 2 lists - doctors who have experience with using rib in Asians in A) NY metro/tristate and B) the rest ofthe US. Not many have experience with Asians AND are rib-proficient. Unfortunately, there's no real way to determine who fits the bill other than asking forum where doctors know others in their field. I'm not sure of A, but here's my B so far... Dean Toriumi, Anil Shah, Jay Calvert, Jack Gunter. Thanks!

Best rhinoplasty doctors using rib grafts

Perhaps the most published rhinoplasty surgeon using rib grafts is Dean Toriumi in Chicago. Other rhinoplasty surgeons in New York who might be able to accomodate you include Minas Constanides, Stephen Pearlman and Anthony Jaconi in New York. I hope this information helps.

Rib grafts for Asian rhinoplasty

This may not answer your question directly, but it's not common to need rib grafts if you have not had prior nose surgery or if you have intact cartilage in your ear. You can get a sharp tip by reinforcing the cartilage with one or more backstop grafts to support the tip graft. In any case, best wishes in your endeavor.
